Freelance Environmental Consultant

Jeremy works as a freelance site engineer and consultant, contracting for site investigation companies undertaking drill rig supervision, well design, environmental sampling and monitoring, project management and reporting. 

He brings 18 years of industry experience in consulting firms where he has worked on landfill, fuel, pharmaceutical, industrial and residential sites. His emphasis is on quality and safety.

Jeremy has worked on a variety of projects including a hydrogeological study of Hatfield Aerodrome, London 2012 Aquatics Centre, ExxonMobil and BP divestment projects together with smaller scale residential and industrial development projects across the UK.

Jeremy is a Chartered Environmentalist and fellow of the Geological Society through which he maintains his continued professional development to stay in tune with the constantly evolving industry.

Measurex Consulting provides a variety of consultancy and on-site measurement services, primarily focused on instrumentation, monitoring support to contractors, engineering consultants and sensor manufacturers, worldwide.

Jon has worked on a number of major projects in the UK and overseas, including Crossrail, Victoria Station and King’s Cross Station Upgrade, Victoria Line, Central Line, and Piccadilly Line metro upgrades in London, Channel Tunnel Rail Link (HS1), West Coast Main Line, and projects in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Morocco, and the Falkland Islands.

As well as running Measurex, Jon keeps up to date with the latest in measurement technology and best practice, providing a cost-effective measurement, monitoring or imaging service, working with a network of associates.
